pylori ( Helicobacter pylori) which routinely causes low stomach acid and ulcers. There are about 5 key medical doctors who’ve studied gastric secretions with rosacea to find out in clinical trials that 75% of patients with rosacea have low stomach acid. By the time they find me, they’ve usually accumulated a list of western interventions trying to get their complexion back which includes topical creams, steroids which thin the lining of their gut (creating more gut infections/issues) and give the adrenals a run for their money, or antibiotics (which ultimately make your digestive and skin health worse…ugh). Normal function of parietal cells can be affected by different factors, such as chronic inflammation, stress, or free radical activity. They can also be damaged by the overuse of antacids.
The diet and supplements will not kill it. They will however give you a much better quality of life than you were having.
For the arthritis, your body is probaly acid. You most likely need to bring your pH in balance. Drink alkaline beverages and eat an alkaline diet.Your problem should go away. Get some litmus paper and check your saliva and urine pH. 7.0 is neutral and where you want to be.
Carminatives (also called aromatic digestive tonics or aromatic bitters) may be used to relieve symptoms of indigestion, particularly when there is excessive gas. It is believed that carminative agents work, at least in part, by relieving spasms in the intestinal tract. Recently the local pharmacy made an error on my prescription and only gave me half of my usual Omeprazole prescription. Rather than complain, I tried taking a single 20mg dose per day instead of the 40mg. Amazingly my clothes are starting to fit again after only one weak and I only suffered discomfort for a coupe of days. I feel that my bowel is being cleared out as if I have had a real detox.
has a long tradition of use for indigestion. Older clinical trials have shown that linden flower tea can help people who suffer from upset stomach or from excessive gas that causes the stomach to push up and put pressure on the heart (also known as the gastrocardiac syndrome.) The reputed antispasmodic action of linden, particularly in the intestines, has been confirmed in at least one human trial. Linden tea is prepared by steeping 2-3 tsp of flowers in a cup of hot water for 15 minutes. Several cups per day are recommended.
I stopped eating meat and I only eat vegetables and juices and I amsome better but I still have the same problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am in Canada.
I do have leaky gut, gluten intolerance, and don’t eat much dairy at all as it seems to cause inflammation. I eat a fairly healthy diet.
I have also observed that people who have been prescribed Proton Pump Inhibitors often talk about athletes foot and yeast problems and also cold sores etc which surely shows the immune system is involved. Leads me to believe that low acid is more likely to be causing the bloat than too much acid. I also think some research could be done into all the above and the occurence of pylori bacteria in the gut. Stomach acid supports the digestion of meats (mainly protein) in the stomach.
Stomach acid, also referred to as gastric acid, is essential for the digestive process. When the stomach cannot produce enough acid, key minerals and proteins can’t be absorbed into this body. Low stomach acid is medically referred to as hypochlorhydria. Proton Pump Inhibitors are a no no in fixing acid reflux problems.
